New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, November 2025 — Henry Mroczko has started a new position as Director of Talent Attraction at Pathstone, where he will lead the firm’s recruiting strategy, execution, and employer-of-choice initiatives. In this role, he is expected to shape Pathstone’s long-term talent roadmap and strengthen its positioning in the competitive wealth advisory landscape.
In his most recent role at BetaNXT, Henry served as Head of Talent Acquisition for nearly three years, leading hiring strategy across the New York City Metropolitan Area. He strengthened organizational recruitment processes, built a robust pipeline for critical roles, and partnered closely with business leadership to support the company’s growth in digital wealth solutions.
Before joining BetaNXT, Henry spent more than six years at Mizuho Corporate Bank Limited, where he served as Head of Talent Acquisition, Americas. During this tenure, he played a key role in expanding regional talent capabilities, overseeing end-to-end hiring, and supporting the bank’s business expansion across major U.S. financial markets.
Earlier, Henry worked at CLS Group as Director, US Recruitment, where he managed all hiring functions within the United States. This experience strengthened his operational depth in recruitment strategy and leadership hiring across the financial services sector.
Henry’s extensive early-career foundation spans major global financial institutions including AIG, BNY Pershing, BNP Paribas, UBS Wealth Management, and Merrill Lynch. Across roles ranging from Head of Talent Acquisition – Global Functions to VP, Manager of Recruiting and Manager of Recruiting, as well as earlier HR leadership roles in both New York and London, he built strong expertise in executive compensation, global talent acquisition, UK asset management recruitment, and large-scale hiring operations.
