Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, December 2024 – Heritage Environmental Services (HES), an EQT Infrastructure portfolio company, has appointed Rachel Evans as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective December 2, 2024. Rachel Evans brings over 28 years of HR leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, making her well-positioned to drive HES’s human resources strategies.
Most recently, Evans served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at MITER Brands after their acquisition of PGT Innovations, where she managed HR for more than 5,500 employees, covering talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations. Her previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Fortune Brands Doors and Security and Master Brand Cabinets. Evans has successfully integrated HR processes across seven corporate acquisitions, demonstrating her ability to manage large-scale initiatives.
