Meenu has been an integral part of JLL India since January 2020. She initially joined as the TA Lead (Director), where she led talent acquisition sourcing strategies, managed and trained the recruiting team, and developed strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. She played a pivotal role in increasing talent sourcing within the organization and measuring recruitment metrics to monitor performance.

In January 2023, Meenu was promoted to Talent Acquisition Director – Projects & Transitions. In this role, she continued to excel in her responsibilities, including anticipating organizational needs, advising on recruiting tactics, participating in recruitment events, and developing a network of referred candidates and past applicants for future hires. Her exceptional leadership and strategic vision significantly contributed to the success of the company’s talent acquisition efforts.

Before joining JLL, Meenu worked at Compass Group India from November 2016 to January 2020 as a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition. She partnered with business leaders to build a world-class talent acquisition team, managed recruitment efforts across various functions, and developed best-in-class talent acquisition strategies. Her role also involved scaling Compass Delivery Processes & Metrics Dashboard, managing employee engagement, and redesigning HR policies.

At Flipkart from November 2014 to July 2016, Meenu served as the Lead – Talent Acquisition, where she demonstrated strong change and project management skills, successfully engaged with senior stakeholders, and utilized data to drive business performance outcomes. She played a crucial role in assessing talent gaps and implementing actions to strengthen the talent bench.

Meenu also worked in various HR roles, including Sr. Manager – HR at a confidential organization in New Delhi, Human Development Consultant at Golder Associates Consulting India Private Limited, and Principal Consultant at HRTMS. In these roles, she gained valuable experience in recruitment, HR operations, client management, team leadership, and training.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
