Herman Kalra Appointed as Vice President - America's Talent Acquisition at Infosys

Bridgewater, NJ, USA – October 2024 – Herman Kalra has been appointed as the Vice President – America’s Talent Acquisition at Infosys. In this role, Herman will oversee talent acquisition initiatives across North and Latin America, focusing on positioning Infosys as an employer of choice and driving strategic recruitment efforts to support the company’s growth in the region.

Before joining Infosys, Herman was the Global Head of Talent at Brillio, where he played a critical role in scaling the organization’s talent acquisition, organizational development, and learning strategies. His efforts contributed to Brillio’s rapid expansion in line with industry growth.

Previously, Herman served as the Chief People Officer at CTG for over a year, refining the company’s people-oriented culture and enhancing HR functions to support global operations. He was instrumental in maintaining CTG’s Great Place to Work certification across multiple regions.

Prior to CTG, Herman was the Head of Human Resources – America’s and Germany at Orion Innovation. In this capacity, he led HR operations, talent acquisition programs, and employee engagement strategies, establishing Orion as an employee-friendly organization focused on talent development.

Herman has also held key leadership roles at organizations like DAMAC Properties and Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), where he contributed significantly to large-scale hiring, process automation, and compliance enhancements.
