Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – October 2024 – Ashish Chattoraj has joined Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd as the Chief People Officer. In his new role, Ashish will lead the HR strategy and operations, focusing on talent development, engagement, and organizational culture to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
Before joining Tally Solutions, Ashish served as the Head/Chief of People Functions at PayU India Entities (including Payments, Credit, Paysense, and Wibmo) for over two years. He played a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing innovative talent management strategies across the organization.
Prior to PayU, Ashish was the Country HR Director at NXP Semiconductors, following the acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor. Over his 11-year tenure at NXP, he held multiple HR leadership roles, including Total Rewards Manager for India and Singapore, where he developed comprehensive compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring market competitiveness and employee retention.
Ashish’s early career includes roles at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Manager – Talent Engagement & Development, Infosys Technologies Ltd as an Associate Manager – Recruitment, and Shaw Wallace as a Senior Executive – HR. His extensive experience across leading organizations has equipped him with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR leadership.
