Tel Aviv, Israel, March 2025 – Hila Amsalem has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Personetics, a global leader in AI-driven financial data solutions. In her new role, she will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives, focusing on fostering a high-performance culture as the company continues to expand its global footprint.
Prior to joining Personetics, Hila served as CHRO at Glassbox for over seven years, where she played a key role in scaling the company’s workforce, implementing HR technology solutions, and enhancing employee engagement strategies. Before that, she was Global HR Director at NextNine (acquired by Honeywell), where she oversaw HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce integration following the acquisition.
Her extensive experience also includes roles at Nokia Siemens Networks, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and Mercury Interactive, where she specialized in employee well-being, internal communication, and HR consulting. With a deep understanding of HR transformation, leadership development, and culture-building, Hila is set to bring strategic people management expertise to her new role at Personetics.
