Hilde Nuyts has embarked on a new chapter in her career, joining N+P Group B.V. as the Chief Human Resources Officer. This role marks a significant transition from her previous position in logistics to a company deeply rooted in sustainability and recycling—a field she is enthusiastic to explore further.
Nuyts’s career in human resources spans over two decades, with a solid track record in several high-profile companies. Most recently, she served as the Corporate HR Director at Ahlers in Antwerp, Belgium, from September 2020 to April 2024. At Ahlers, she was praised for her strategic leadership and her efforts in fostering a supportive and productive workplace environment, which she extended to colleagues globally.
Prior to her tenure at Ahlers, Nuyts was the Human Resources Director at Avery Dennison Industrial & Healthcare Materials, where she managed HR for Performance Tapes Europe and Medical Global from March 2019 to September 2020. Her role involved significant leadership across European and global scales, enhancing HR functionalities and employee performance systems.
From June 2012 to March 2019, Nuyts was the Senior Human Resources Manager for Europe at Avery Dennison, following roles at BASF and Aleris Aluminum, where she specialized in labor relations and HR consultancy, respectively. Her foundational HR experience was shaped at Alcatel, where she started as an HR Generalist in 2000, focusing on general HR responsibilities and employee relations.
