Susi Yulianti has recently been named the Chief Human Resources Officer at Meratus Group. With an extensive career in human resources spanning over a decade, Yulianti brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of strategic HR management to her new role at one of Southeast Asia’s leading maritime and logistics integrators.
Prior to joining Meratus Group, Yulianti served as the HR Director for the East Asia Japan Cluster at Schneider Electric, where she worked from September 2015 to March 2024. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives across the region, enhancing employee engagement and optimizing talent management processes.
Before her position at Schneider Electric, Yulianti was the Country HR Manager for National Oilwell Varco in Jakarta, Indonesia, from May 2012 to September 2015. In this role, she was instrumental in overseeing HR operations, setting new standards for organizational excellence, and driving HR initiatives that supported the company’s extensive operations across Indonesia.
Yulianti’s academic foundation in business administration, accounting, and finance was laid at Adventist University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. Her educational background has provided her with a robust understanding of strategic HR planning and financial oversight, equipping her to effectively lead HR departments in large, diverse organizations.
