Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Maithili Tembe has started a new position as AVP HR at Stratacent, marking an important milestone in her human resources leadership journey. In this role, she will be managing operations across India, the US, Canada, South Africa, and the UK, reflecting the strategic and global nature of her appointment. Her move comes as Stratacent continues its growth trajectory as a provider of technology solutions aligned to complex client needs.
Before joining Stratacent, Maithili Tembe was associated with PTC as Senior Principal HRBP (Senior Manager), where she led strategic HR initiatives across global regions and oversaw HR operations for more than 2,500 employees. Her work there spanned talent management, DEI, leadership development, employer branding, CSR, and stakeholder partnering. She also had a career break prior to this new role, during which she focused on personal priorities and caregiving responsibilities.
Earlier, she contributed as Communications Manager – Volunteer with leading NGOs and previously served as HR Manager at International Training & Development Pvt Ltd, where she led HR strategy and operations across geographies in a multicultural environment. Prior to that, she was Sr Manager – HR at Suzlon Infrastructure Ltd Pune, driving talent strategy, performance systems, and organizational change. These roles reflect a strong and progressive journey across strategic HR, communications, performance management, and transformation.
In the earlier phase of her career, Maithili Tembe was associated with Ferrero India Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager – HRD Corporate, with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd as Regional Asst HR Manager, and with Maersk Line as HR & D Operations Executive. Across these assignments, she built experience in end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, training, employee engagement, policy design, and HR process development.
Academically, Maithili Tembe holds a PGBDA in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis, where she graduated with First Class. With experience spanning Stratacent, PTC, International Training & Development Pvt Ltd, Suzlon Infrastructure Ltd, Ferrero India Pvt Ltd, Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd, and Maersk Line, she brings a strong and well-rounded HR leadership profile to her new role.
