Singapore, April 2026 – Vikram N. Udeshi has taken on a new role as Associate Vice President, Head of APJC Talent Acquisition at Agilent Technologies, marking a significant leadership move in the global talent acquisition space.
In this role, Vikram will lead talent acquisition strategy across Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC), focusing on building high-performing teams, strengthening hiring ecosystems, and aligning talent strategies with business growth objectives in one of the world’s leading scientific and technology organizations.
Prior to joining Agilent Technologies, Vikram served as Head of Talent Acquisition – APJ at Splunk, where he led regional hiring strategies and built scalable talent acquisition frameworks across fast-growing markets.
Earlier, he held the role of Director – Talent Acquisition (APJ) at ServiceNow, where he established and led a high-performing regional recruiting team, drove strategic workforce planning, and contributed to significant business growth through strong hiring execution.
He also served as Director – APAC Recruiting at Gartner, where he played a key role in optimizing talent acquisition processes, enhancing recruiter productivity, and partnering closely with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Vikram held leadership roles at NCR Corporation and Capgemini, where he built deep expertise in regional talent acquisition, recruitment transformation, and large-scale hiring operations across multiple geographies.
With over two decades of experience in talent acquisition leadership, Vikram brings strong expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, leadership hiring, and building data-driven recruitment models.
