Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, August 2024 — IMCS Group has announced the promotion of Bharatsinh Solanki to the position of Senior Director | Operation & TAG Head. In this new role, Bharatsinh will continue to lead global talent acquisition and operations, driving excellence across the organization.
Prior to this promotion, Bharatsinh served as Director of Talent Acquisition at IMCS Group, where he played a critical role in managing global hiring, leading talent acquisition functions, and coaching a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
Before joining IMCS Group, Bharatsinh was the Manager of Talent Acquisition – India Recruiting at Aditi Consulting, where he managed talent acquisition processes and built strategic relationships with business leaders.
Earlier in his career, Bharatsinh held leadership roles at US Tech Solutions and eTeam, where he led recruitment teams, managed end-to-end recruitment processes, and conducted campus recruitment drives across India.
In addition to these roles, Bharatsinh has a diverse background that includes roles as a Process Trainer at IMS People Possible and a Technical Recruiter. His experience in talent acquisition and operations has been instrumental in driving success at IMCS Group.
