Prague, Czechia – October 2024 – Adrian Bøgelund has taken on a new role as Head of People Partnering, CEEMEA at The LEGO Group, where he will collaborate with a strong team to drive growth across the CEEMEA Market Group. Adrian is eager to contribute to the commercial success of the region by fostering partnerships and working alongside talented professionals.
In his prior role, Adrian served as Head of EMEA Talent Operations at The LEGO Group for over two years. During his tenure, he led a team that annually closed 650+ salaried positions and 300+ hourly roles across EMEA. He focused on enhancing recruitment experiences, driving diversity, and shortening the time to hire. Adrian also played a key role in shaping global talent acquisition strategies, building team capabilities, and implementing operational excellence measures.
Before that, Adrian worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at The LEGO Group, where he partnered with senior finance leaders to develop organizational capabilities and implement strategic people initiatives. He provided insights to management, contributed to the global talent agenda, and designed capability-building frameworks.
Adrian’s journey at The LEGO Group also included roles such as HR Business Partner and Reward & Recognition Manager. As Reward & Recognition Manager for Northern Europe, he focused on compensation and benefits, performance management programs, and collaborating with the Creative Play Lab team.
Earlier in his career, Adrian gained HR experience as C&B and Administration Manager at Maersk Oil, where he led a team covering HR administration, relocation, and compensation. He also contributed to salary reviews, short-term incentives, and benefits strategies for a workforce of over 1,500 employees.
