Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Himanshi Nair has been appointed as Director and Head – People & Organization, India with Siemens Smart Infrastructure at Brightly Software, A Siemens Company. In this role, she will lead people and organizational strategy for India, supporting Siemens’ vision of building a sustainable, future-ready workforce.
Himanshi joins Brightly Software after an impactful tenure of nearly five years at Cognyte, where she most recently served as People Director, APAC & Middle East. In this role, she partnered with business leaders to drive people strategy across multiple geographies, championed diversity and inclusion, and delivered HR transformation programs that elevated employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Earlier at Cognyte, she held progressive positions including People Director, APAC and People Regional Manager – Asia Pacific, working closely with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business growth and transformation.
Before Cognyte, Himanshi served as HR Manager at Wolters Kluwer India, where she played a pivotal role in talent strategy, workforce planning, and succession frameworks. She was instrumental in building leadership pipelines and advancing organizational effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience at Encore Capital Group and Bharti AXA General Insurance, where she focused on HR transformation, employee engagement, and talent development. She began her professional journey in HR with Future Group and Max India, holding responsibilities across HR generalist functions, training, and development.
With nearly two decades of diverse HR leadership experience, Himanshi brings expertise in HR strategy, change management, talent development, organizational transformation, and people advocacy.
