In this role, Hiral will oversee the development and enforcement of the organization’s information security framework, ensuring the protection of critical business data while aligning security practices with business goals and regulatory standards.
Before joining Elecon Engineering, Hiral served as CISO at Dhani, where he successfully implemented advanced information security programs, achieving certifications such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001, and ensured compliance with SEBI and RBI regulations. His strategic leadership in migrating data centers and managing third-party risk showcased his ability to enhance cyber resilience in dynamic environments.
At Acqueon, as Senior Manager of Information Security & Compliance, Hiral directed global compliance initiatives, attaining certifications like SOC2 and ISO 27018. His earlier role as Information Security Manager at Automation Anywhere saw him establish foundational security initiatives, including a 24×7 SOC, and achieve compliance with GDPR and multiple ISO standards.
Hiral’s career also includes leadership positions at Dimexon Diamonds, where he led IT infrastructure modernization and implemented ISO 27001, and at Landmark Group, where he managed large-scale IT infrastructure projects. With over two decades of diverse experience in IT and cybersecurity, Hiral has consistently delivered innovative solutions to complex challenges.
