Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 – Hiral Sheth-Mourya has joined HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd as Regional Head of Human Resources. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to support the organization’s mission of delivering world-class cancer care.
Hiral brings over 15 years of diverse HR experience. Most recently, she served for more than two years at SRV Hospitals as Group Senior Manager – Human Resources, where she managed HR operations, employee engagement, and HR analytics while aligning policies with NABH standards.
Before that, she spent over six years at LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd., where she progressed through leadership roles from Assistant Manager Human Resources to Deputy General Manager Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in strategic HR leadership, performance management, and HR operations across multiple regions.
Earlier, Hiral contributed to HR excellence at Pioneer Property Zone Services (ICS Realty Group) as Assistant Manager Human Resources, and at REGROW Biosciences in various HR roles including Senior Executive and Executive, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Her career began in recruitment at Triangle Global, followed by customer service experience in the BPO sector. Hiral holds a degree in Human Resource Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
