Saudi Arabia, December 2024 – Hisham Saab has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at TTP Group, a leading media and marketing investment group. Hisham will spearhead the group’s HR strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and leadership training to support TTP Group’s ambitious growth and innovation goals.
In his new role, Hisham will lead the HR functions across TTP Group’s diverse portfolio, including TTP Creative, TMD, Hoku, Ctrl, ADX, and TTP Academy. His responsibilities will encompass implementing progressive HR policies, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Hisham Saab brings extensive expertise in human resources and organizational leadership. Prior to joining TTP Group, he served as Director of Human Resources Excellence at KABi, where he specialized in implementing HR best practices, employee development, and performance management. During his tenure, he was instrumental in enhancing HR operations across multiple regions.
Previously, Hisham was the Vice President of People & Culture at Lucidya, where he led HR transformations and talent strategies for nearly two years. Before that, as Organizational Development Manager at Korn Ferry, he focused on change management, succession planning, and performance management, contributing to the organization’s growth and effectiveness.
Hisham’s earlier career includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager at SAED, where he excelled in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR compliance. His career began as an HR Officer at Zahid Tractor, where he gained foundational experience in HR operations.
