Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States, December 2025 – Hollie Collar has started a new position as Vice President of Human Resources at Shopko Optical, marking a significant leadership milestone in her progressive HR career within the organization.
In her new role, Hollie will lead the people and culture strategy across Shopko Optical’s growing network, strengthening workforce capability, talent development, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness in support of the company’s mission to deliver patient-first vision care.
Hollie’s journey at Shopko Optical reflects a steady rise through key HR leadership roles over nearly five years. Prior to her promotion, she served as Director of Human Resources, following responsibilities as HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist, where she played an instrumental role in strengthening people processes, employee relations, and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, Hollie built her HR foundation at Fitesa as Human Resources Coordinator and at Georgia-Pacific LLC as Human Resources Payroll Coordinator, gaining hands-on experience in workforce administration, compliance, and HR operations. She also spent several years with Schneider in operational and employee services roles, building a strong understanding of large-scale workforce support.
