Denver, Colorado, United States, January 2025 – Hollie Holyman has been promoted to Vice President, People & Culture APAC & EMEA Operations at First Advantage, where she will spearhead strategic HR initiatives across the Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. Hollie’s extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational culture will be instrumental in driving First Advantage’s mission to enable confident choices for employers worldwide.
Hollie has been with First Advantage for over five years, steadily ascending through HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Director for EMEA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, where she oversaw recruitment, employee relations, and talent strategy. Before that, she excelled as HR Manager, managing HR strategy and budget for Europe while being a key member of the global HR leadership team.
Prior to joining First Advantage, Hollie served as an HR Advisor at Perry Ellis International, where she handled employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, and recruitment processes. Her earlier roles include HR Assistant at CloudFM Group Ltd, where she supported recruitment, benefits, and career development, and recruitment consultant roles at Pyramid Recruitment Services and Apex International Recruitment Ltd.
