Los Angeles, California, United States, December 2024 – Holly Perry has been named Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development at Think Together, where she will oversee talent strategies and organizational initiatives to foster growth and development. In her new role, Holly will lead efforts to enhance recruitment, optimize organizational structures, and drive the nonprofit’s mission of transforming student outcomes.
Holly has been with Think Together for several years, initially serving as Director of Talent Acquisition before advancing to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. During this time, she played a pivotal role in doubling the organization’s headcount within a year and a half, while managing a team of over 50 professionals. Her work has been instrumental in building sustainable talent strategies and fostering collaboration between recruitment and regional leaders.
Before joining Think Together, Holly spent nearly six years at Gifted Healthcare, where she advanced from Senior Recruiter to Director of Recruitment. She was responsible for managing healthcare recruitment, coaching teams, and driving strategic staffing solutions for healthcare organizations. Her leadership style and results-oriented approach significantly strengthened the organization’s recruitment framework.
Earlier in her career, Holly worked with Louisiana Health Cooperative as Human Resources/Training & Development Manager, where she implemented impactful training initiatives and streamlined HR operations. She also contributed her expertise in publicity and grassroots marketing at Warner Music Group, working on creative campaigns to build awareness for artists and their projects.
Holly began her professional journey with a variety of roles at organizations such as Toys”R”Us, Macy’s, and Music City News Media, where she honed her skills in employee relations, recruitment, and public relations. These experiences laid a strong foundation for her dynamic and multifaceted approach to HR leadership.
