Holly began her journey with Deutsche Bank in July 1997, and over the span of 26 years, she has held multiple key roles, significantly shaping the bank’s HR landscape. Prior to her current role, Holly served as the HR Business Partner and Head of Reward & HR Operations from January 2023 to May 2024, where she was instrumental in integrating strategic HR practices with operational excellence across the bank’s Australian operations.
Holly’s long-standing career at Deutsche Bank includes an extensive tenure as Head of Reward & HR Operations, Vice President, Human Resources, from July 1997 to December 2022. In this capacity, she led major initiatives in compensation and benefits, HR operations, and played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with global business objectives, contributing to the bank’s growth and employee satisfaction.
