Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States, June 2025 – Honey Pamnani has been named Head of Human-AI Integration at Lila Sciences, a pioneering company at the intersection of scientific discovery and artificial intelligence. In this visionary role, Honey will be responsible for driving the integration of advanced AI systems with human expertise to accelerate research and experimentation across life and physical sciences. Her leadership will play a pivotal role in building Lila Sciences’ mission of enabling scientific superintelligence to solve some of humankind’s greatest challenges.
Prior to joining Lila Sciences, Honey Pamnani was engaged in advanced AI development as an AI Developer at MIT Media Lab, where she contributed to AI venture initiatives that aimed to build next-generation solutions for global impact. She also completed an MBA Product Management & GTM Internship at Microsoft and a Product Management and GTM Strategist Internship at firmly, where she developed AI-powered platforms and enhanced digital engagement through user-focused innovation. Her recent contributions also include co-authoring AI-generated content for the MIT Science Policy Review and successfully leading Perplexity Edu’s campus adoption campaign at MIT, achieving rapid user engagement and recognition as a top contributor.
Before her time at MIT, Honey held leadership roles at the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in India, first as Manager, Strategy and Product, and later as DGM, Strategy and Product. There, she transformed a large startup portfolio into a profitable business, designed and launched major digital and AI upskilling programs, managed cross-functional teams to deliver flagship SaaS platforms, and drove national impact initiatives like the “Skill India Digital Accelerator.” Her experience also includes hosting a widely followed podcast and representing NSDC at premier international summits, including the G20.
Earlier, Honey Pamnani served as Global Program Manager – Strategy and Product at Genpact in London, where she spearheaded digital transformation across multiple geographies, and as Chief of Staff in the CEO Office, focusing on strategic priorities and cross-functional leadership. She also worked as a Product Manager – Higher Education at 9.9 Education, overseeing strategy, communications, and project management, and as a Legal & IP Strategist at Pidilite Industries, devising strategies that enabled the international expansion of leading brands.
