Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 — IHG Hotels & Resorts has appointed Nitika Bajaj as Senior Manager – Talent Management EMEAA (Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa), effective January 2026.
In her new regional role, Bajaj will lead talent management strategy across the EMEAA region, driving leadership development, succession planning, workforce capability building, and talent initiatives aligned with IHG’s global hospitality growth agenda.
Bajaj has been associated with IHG Hotels & Resorts for over four years. Prior to this elevation, she served as Human Resources Manager – South West Asia, where she supported regional HR operations, talent strategy, and organizational development across key markets. Her work focused on strengthening leadership pipelines and enhancing people capability within the hospitality ecosystem.
Earlier, she held the position of Portfolio Director of Human Resources at Holiday Inn Express (IHG), where she oversaw HR strategy across multiple properties, driving employee engagement, operational excellence, and performance culture initiatives.
She also served as Director of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurgaon, and previously as Human Resources & Talent Development Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, building strong expertise in hospitality HR leadership, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Bajaj began her career with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where she held roles across learning & development and sales functions, further strengthening her foundation in hospitality leadership and people management.
She holds a Postgraduate Certification in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, reinforcing her strong academic grounding in strategic HR management.
With over a decade of experience across global hospitality brands, Bajaj brings deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, and people transformation to her new EMEAA mandate.
