In this expanded leadership role, Ingo will lead Emapta’s global revenue growth strategy and execution, overseeing enterprise and strategic sales, business development, global operations, and market expansion across multiple geographies.
Ingo brings more than two decades of global experience in sales leadership, digital transformation, and revenue strategy. Prior to this elevation, he served as Senior Vice President – Global Enterprise Sales at Emapta, where he successfully expanded enterprise relationships and led strategic growth initiatives across international markets. His focus on data-driven go-to-market models and high-performance team building has been pivotal in positioning Emapta as a trusted global outsourcing partner.
Before joining Emapta, Ingo served as Head of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer at Modus Create, where he led global sales, partnerships, and marketing functions for this PE-backed digital transformation technology company. He developed scalable processes that drove rapid business expansion and strengthened market leadership across IT services, SaaS, and AI-driven digital engineering.
Earlier, Ingo held the role of Sales Leader and Chief Revenue Officer at Trianz, where he oversaw all facets of sales generation and go-to-market strategy for a global consulting and technology firm. He successfully led large sales teams and consistently delivered strong revenue growth through a combination of operational excellence, innovation, and disciplined leadership.
Ingo also held senior leadership roles at Cognizant Softvision, IBM, and SAP, where he managed large-scale sales transformations, strategic alliances, and global customer relationships. At IBM, he was instrumental in leading the Innovation & Emerging Technology practice, driving enterprise adoption of AI, automation, and mobility solutions. Earlier in his career, he served with AT&T Mobility, leading high-performing sales teams responsible for multimillion-dollar mobility application solutions.
