Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Mansi Jain has joined Peoplefy as Group Head – RPO Deliveries, stepping into a pivotal role where she will lead and scale the firm’s end-to-end talent delivery capabilities across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. Her focus will span Global Capability Centers (GCCs), high-growth ventures, and global enterprises across India and the APAC region. In this leadership position, Mansi is tasked with architecting agile, outcome-based RPO models and driving hiring precision, delivery velocity, and strategic stakeholder partnerships.
Prior to joining Peoplefy, Mansi served as Managing Director – Genpact RPO, Leadership / Executive Hiring, Asia Pacific at TritonExec, where she led APAC leadership hiring across India and the Philippines. She was responsible for over 300 leadership hires annually, spanning diverse verticals including Digital Transformation, Consulting, Data-Tech-AI, F&A, Sales, and Strategy. Her role was anchored in designing scalable recruitment strategies, championing DEI, and leveraging advanced technologies to deliver cost efficiency and sustainability.
During her tenure at Genpact, where she spent nearly nine years, Mansi held multiple roles, including Recruitment Lead – Executive Hiring and Senior Manager – Leadership Hiring. She successfully led hiring for senior positions across India, the Philippines, and China and was known for strengthening stakeholder relationships, implementing DEI initiatives, and streamlining recruitment through technology and process enhancement.
Before Genpact, Mansi was Assistant Vice President and Division Head – Search & Selection (ITES Practice) at Elixir Consulting (A Gi Group company). She was instrumental in driving BPO and ITeS hiring across mid to senior levels, managing P&L responsibilities, and mentoring talent acquisition teams. Her recruitment strategies significantly enhanced client satisfaction and business growth.
Mansi began her professional journey with ALP Consulting, where she served as Associate Lead – Hiring ITeS Vertical. Over a tenure of nearly five years, she built and led recruitment teams, managed high-volume BPO/KPO hiring, and developed client relationships, laying a strong foundation for her expertise in talent acquisition and delivery excellence.
