Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Roopesh Subramanian has started a new position as Senior Director at Turner & Townsend, marking a significant step forward in his leadership journey across real estate, infrastructure, and project management.
In his new role, Roopesh Subramanian will contribute to driving strategic initiatives, project delivery excellence, and business growth, leveraging his extensive experience in corporate real estate, occupier projects, and large-scale program management.
Roopesh has been associated with Turner & Townsend since 2025, where he previously served as Director, before being elevated to his current position.
Prior to joining Turner & Townsend, Roopesh spent over a decade with CBRE, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Director and Senior Associate Director – Regional Head, Occupier Projects. During his tenure, he led P&L for occupier business, drove strategic initiatives, managed business planning, and spearheaded people management programs across India to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
Earlier, he served as Vice President – Corporate Real Estate, Design & Construction at JP Morgan Chase, where he delivered large-scale projects across India and the Philippines, aligning stakeholders and driving execution excellence. He also received recognition for service excellence during his tenure.
His earlier experience includes roles with CB Richard Ellis, Aamby Valley City (Sahara India Flagship Project), and Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd., where he built strong expertise in project execution, engineering, and real estate development.
In addition to his corporate roles, Roopesh is also a Co-Founder and Midlife Balance Coach at Next Steps & Beyond LLP, where he focuses on personal development and coaching initiatives.
