Prague, Czechia, November 2025 — Irina Bolawa has been appointed as Total Rewards Head Europe and Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Lead at Organon, a global healthcare company focused on women’s health, biosimilars, and established medicines. In her expanded role, Irina will lead Organon’s total rewards strategy across Europe while overseeing the global Employee Assistance Program, enhancing employee well-being, engagement, and reward structures across the organization.
Before taking on this new leadership role, Irina Bolawa served as Total Rewards – EEI and Iberia Cluster Lead / Global EAP Lead at Organon, where she successfully managed regional compensation and benefits programs across multiple European markets. Her work included the implementation of flexible benefits platforms, Pan-European group life and medical insurance policies, and regional compensation reviews, as well as leading the EU Pay Transparency project. Her strategic oversight in benefits benchmarking and career framework design contributed to Organon’s evolving HR infrastructure across Europe.
Prior to joining Organon, Irina spent over seven years at SAP, where she rose through multiple roles of increasing responsibility in the Total Rewards and HR operations space. As Chief of Staff – Global Total Rewards, she supported SAP’s global rewards strategy, including project management for Supervisory Board initiatives, executive communication, and strategic planning. She also led the global recognition revamp initiative, promoting transparency and alignment with SAP’s cloud transformation.
Earlier at SAP, Irina held key positions such as Senior Total Rewards Partner, HR Total Rewards Fellow, and Functional Team Coordinator, where she managed large-scale compensation and benefits projects across the EMEA region. She played a vital role in implementing global frameworks, coordinating rewards analytics, and managing local HR processes in countries including Ireland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Belarus.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Irina also contributed as an Editor at EUpinion, where she authored analytical and political opinion pieces, demonstrating her ability to blend data-driven insights with human-centered storytelling — a strength that complements her global HR leadership style.
Irina Bolawa holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Prague University of Economics and Business, where she built a strong academic foundation that supports her expertise in global compensation, analytics, and organizational strategy.
