In this role, Isaias will lead TTI’s talent acquisition strategies, driving the recruitment of top talent across various divisions, ensuring the company continues to attract and develop exceptional professionals in line with its strategic goals.
Before joining TTI, Isaias Igreja served as Director of Talent Acquisition Global at Livingston International for 1 year, where he oversaw the global recruitment strategy, increasing candidate applications by 10% and reducing time-to-fill by 15%. His contributions significantly improved talent quality and reduced hiring costs.
Prior to his time at Livingston, Isaias held the position of National Director of Talent Acquisition at Sobeys for over 5 years. He successfully led national executive searches and recruitment for key leadership roles, implementing innovative diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that improved hiring efficiency and bolstered Sobeys’ employer brand by 30%.
Earlier in his career, Isaias worked as Senior Manager of Talent at Sobeys, where he developed senior talent pools and managed talent reorganization projects, ensuring alignment between employee fit and business needs, driving a seamless transition for critical roles.
Isaias also brings extensive experience from his tenure at Aviva Canada and Loblaw Companies Limited, where he led transformative talent initiatives that shaped recruitment strategies and workforce planning processes, strengthening overall talent acquisition frameworks.
