Vadodara, Gujarat, India, June 2026 — Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has welcomed Isha Lamba as Head – Investor Relations & Corporate Development, bringing on board a seasoned finance and strategy professional with more than 13 years of experience across investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
In her new role, Isha will lead the company’s Investor Relations and Corporate Development functions, driving strategic growth initiatives, strengthening engagement with investors and stakeholders, and supporting long-term value creation for the organization.
Prior to joining Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Isha served as Head – Investor Relations and M&A at Dabur India Limited, where she was responsible for managing investor communications, strategic transactions, and corporate development initiatives. Her tenure further strengthened her expertise in capital markets, business strategy, and value creation.
Before returning to Dabur, she spent more than six years with Godrej Consumer Products Limited as DGM – M&A and Investor Relations, where she played a key role in evaluating strategic opportunities, supporting inorganic growth initiatives, and managing investor engagement activities.
Earlier in her career, Isha worked with Dabur India Limited in roles spanning M&A, Investor Relations, and Business Strategy, gaining extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business development. She began her professional journey with HSBC, where she completed an internship in Wealth Management, gaining early exposure to financial services and investment management.
With a strong track record in investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and corporate development, Isha brings valuable expertise to Alembic Pharmaceuticals as the company continues to pursue sustainable growth and enhance stakeholder value.
