Before joining Posspole, Iti served as Director and Co-Founder at Thinkhall Training and Consultancy, a Bengaluru-based firm specializing in training, recruitment, and e-learning for the retail and fashion sectors. Under her leadership, Thinkhall became one of India’s most recognized names in skill development and employability training for retail professionals.
She is also the Founder of WEFT (Women Entrepreneurs For Transformation) — a dynamic network that empowers women entrepreneurs through collaboration, mentorship, and shared growth opportunities. Additionally, Iti founded Asmee Digital Services, a podcasting and blogging platform celebrating women’s untold stories, and Acquire Consultancy, which delivered IT and corporate training solutions. Earlier in her corporate career, she held key leadership roles at Apple India, Nike, and Arvind Fashions Limited, gaining deep expertise in retail operations, key account management, and brand strategy.
