Wisconsin, United States, July 2024 – Kelli Cameron has embarked on a new journey as the Vice President of Human Resources at Badger Liquor Co., Inc. With extensive experience in human resources management and a proven track record of leadership, Kelli is set to enhance HR initiatives and drive organizational success.
Kelli Cameron joins Badger Liquor Co., Inc. after a notable tenure at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she spent approximately 3 years and 8 months in various roles. Most recently, she served as the Associate Vice President Human Resources for around 11 months. Before that, she was the Senior Director, Faculty & APP Recruitment for about 1 year and 3 months and the Director of Provider Recruitment & Onboarding for approximately 1 year and 8 months.
Prior to her time at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Kelli was the Director of Talent at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. for about 1 year. In this role, she led a team of recruitment professionals, collaborated with the executive team, and managed performance metrics to achieve business goals and employee engagement.
Kelli also served as the Director of Physician Recruitment & Retention at Mercy Health System for around 4 years and 7 months. Her responsibilities included designing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies, providing strategic oversight, and partnering with senior executives to plan and evaluate strategic initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Kelli was the Director of Study Abroad for the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for approximately 1 year. She also held the position of Director of College Advancement & Community Relations at Blackhawk Technical College for about 2 years, where she managed fundraising and community relations activities.
Kelli’s diverse experience includes roles such as Executive Director at Rotary Botanical Gardens, Learning Strategies Consultant/Program Administrator at American Family Insurance, and Learning Development Specialist/Human Resources at Johnsonville.
