Tultitlán, México, July 2024 – Jacqueline Almazan has started her new role as Head of HR NA/LATAM at Flint Group, based in Tultitlán, México. In this position, Jacqueline will oversee HR operations across North America and Latin America, ensuring the implementation of strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Jacqueline previously served as the Global Head of HR at Farmasi. She managed HR operations across the USA, LATAM, Europe, and a central distribution center. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee branding, compensation analysis, and compliance with local laws. Jacqueline successfully reduced payroll processing delays, implemented job descriptions across LATAM, and decreased employee turnover significantly.
Before Farmasi, Jacqueline worked at Sensient Technologies Corporation as a Senior HR Generalist. She was involved in personnel management, training, compliance, and improving HR processes, contributing to Sensient’s position as a leading global manufacturer of colors, flavors, and fragrances.
From there, Jacqueline moved to SWAROVSKI in Mexico City, where she managed HR operations for multiple sales points and concessions. Her focus was on strategic planning, employee benefits, and legal compliance. She led the implementation of the ERP Workday in Mexico, reducing payroll errors by 70%, and improved key HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism rates.
At Berry Global, Inc., Jacqueline held the role of Senior HR Generalist, handling recruiting, payroll, performance management, and labor relations. Her efforts contributed to a reduction in turnover and absenteeism rates, and she optimized human capital through training and development programs.
In addition to her experience at these organizations, Jacqueline has held roles at Ermenegildo Zegna Group, Transportes Almazan, and Yamaha Motor de México, where she developed and implemented HR strategies, managed labor relations, and improved operational efficiencies.
