Jade has been an integral part of Astrid & Miyu for nearly seven years, most recently serving as Global People Experience Lead, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience and fostering a culture of belonging. Her journey at the company includes key roles such as People & Culture Manager, PA to CEO & Office Manager, and Store Manager.
Prior to joining Astrid & Miyu, Jade held a significant tenure as Retail Manager at Chempro Chemists in Queensland, Australia, further building her expertise in team leadership and retail operations.
Throughout her career, Jade has demonstrated a strong commitment to elevating workplace culture, supporting employee well-being, and developing people-focused initiatives that drive both individual and organizational growth.
