New York, United States, July 2024 – Jade Mullins has started a new role as Vice President of Human Resources at KORE Power. With a strong background in employee engagement and human resources strategy, Jade is set to bring innovative HR leadership to the company.
Jade Mullins joins KORE Power after a significant tenure at The New School, where she served in various HR roles for approximately 9 years and 7 months. Most recently, she was the Associate Director, Employee Engagement for 2 years and 3 months, developing and facilitating onboarding strategies and robust employee engagement initiatives.
Prior to this role, Jade held the position of Associate Director, HR at The New School for about 2 years and 3 months, where she managed complex and confidential issues across disciplines, including Title IX and Employee Relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws. She provided support and guidance to over 600 employees on performance management and was a key member of the strategic team responsible for COVID-related activities.
Jade’s earlier roles at The New School included Senior Manager – Strategy & Process Improvement, HR Generalist – Strategy & Process Improvement, and HR Operations Analyst. In these roles, she partnered with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives, improve HR processes, and enhance the employee experience through various diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Her career began as an HRIS Assistant at Middlebury College, where she managed HRIS processing for new and returning employees, coordinated with various department administrators, and handled benefits billing and payroll data entry.
