London, United Kingdom, May 2024 – Jaime Mitchell has taken on a new role as Head of HR Technology at National Grid. With extensive experience in HR technology and operations, Jaime brings a wealth of knowledge to this new position. In her role, she will be responsible for leading the HR technology strategy and ensuring the seamless integration of HR systems across the organization.
Jaime’s most recent role was at Whirlpool Corporation, where she served as Sr. Manager, HRIS – Global Talent & Automation. During her five-year tenure, she held various positions including Manager, Global Payroll Strategy, Talent, & Automation and Lead, Talent Management, Learning & Development. Her responsibilities included managing HR technology, driving digital transformation, and overseeing global payroll strategies.
Before Whirlpool Corporation, Jaime worked at Xerox as a Global Compensation Program Manager – HRIS, where she managed the implementation of new compensation planning tools. She also spent over four years at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as the HR Operations Talent Management/Benefits Lead, where she developed processes and managed compensation systems.
Earlier in her career, Jaime served as a Talent Management Coordinator at Ticket Gallery, where she managed project scope and coordinated with multiple departments to implement new systems and tools. Her role involved overseeing business development and employee relations.
