Greater Sydney Area, Australia, June 2024 – Glady Ramos-Cruz has joined Richemont as the new Head of Human Resources – Oceania. Glady brings over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership to this new role, ready to enhance HR functions across multiple regions.
Glady Ramos-Cruz has been with Richemont for five years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Senior Human Resources Manager for over a year, where she was responsible for strategic HR planning and operations in Australia. Before that, she worked as an HR Manager for seven months and as an HR Business Partner for over three years, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR analytics.
Before joining Richemont, Glady was the Group Manager – HR Shared Services at The NRMA for nearly a year and a half, overseeing HR operations and process improvements. She also held the position of People Services Manager at Perpetual Limited for over three years, where she was responsible for employee services and HR policy development.
Earlier in her career, Glady spent over eight years at Qantas, where she held various HR roles, including Adviser People Services, Adviser People Relations – International Customer Experience & Cabin Crew, and Cabin Crew Recruitment Coordinator. She also worked as an Engineering Coordinator at Westin Hotels & Resorts and as a Cabin Crew Recruitment Administrator at Qantas.
