His extensive background in operations management, retail strategy, and leadership will support Kutchenhaus Kitchens’ continued expansion and commitment to delivering high-quality kitchen solutions.
James previously served as Head of Central Operations at Kutchenhaus Kitchens, where he was responsible for enhancing operational processes, improving customer experience, and streamlining business functions. Over his tenure, he contributed to the optimization of store operations and strengthened franchise partnerships, positioning the company for long-term success.
Prior to joining Kutchenhaus Kitchens, James was UK Central Operations Manager at Magnet Ltd, where he led strategic initiatives to improve operational performance and business efficiencies. His ability to align operational strategies with business goals played a key role in enhancing Magnet’s retail footprint.
Before Magnet, James spent over four years at Co-op as Retail Operations Excellence: Senior Manager, where he drove strategic retail initiatives, project management, and operational excellence to support the company’s nationwide retail growth.
James also held a leadership position at Lidl UK, where he served as Area Manager and was responsible for overseeing multiple store operations, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing training and development programs. His early career included a decade at Tesco, where he rose through the ranks in senior management roles across service operations, trading, compliance management, and store leadership.
