Bangalore, Karnataka, India, November 2025 – Neuroglia Health Private Limited, the parent company of DailyRounds & Marrow, has appointed Asha Subramanian as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Asha will lead the company’s people and culture strategy, focusing on strengthening leadership development, talent management, and organizational agility to support the rapid growth of one of India’s most trusted medical education platforms.
Prior to joining Neuroglia Health, Asha Subramanian served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Subex, a global leader in telecom analytics solutions. During her four-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s HR ecosystem, aligning people strategy with business growth, and driving initiatives in leadership development, digital transformation, and cultural integration across global markets. Her leadership at Subex was marked by a strong focus on employee experience, workforce agility, and nurturing a high-performance culture.
Before Subex, Asha spent over 12 years with IBIBO Group, where she held the position of Senior Director – Human Resources. In this capacity, she led multiple facets of HR, including Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, and Employer Branding. She was instrumental in shaping IBIBO’s global HR strategy and building a dynamic employee experience that reflected the company’s innovative culture. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, Asha worked closely with senior leadership to align HR processes with business transformation objectives and promote a people-first organizational philosophy.
Asha’s earlier career includes her academic foundation from Bangalore University, where she earned her Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PGDPMIR). This academic grounding laid the foundation for her strategic and people-centered approach to leadership across her distinguished HR career.
