Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, April 2025 — Jamie Chou has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at ToYou | تويو, the leading all-in-one platform for food delivery, courier, and e-commerce services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jamie brings with her over 15 years of global marketing leadership experience across diverse sectors, including digital commerce, logistics, FMCG, and travel.

In her new role, Jamie will lead ToYou’s marketing and brand teams, driving innovation and customer engagement while supporting the platform’s ambitious growth trajectory across the MENA region. Her deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, user engagement, and data-driven performance marketing is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening ToYou’s market position.

Prior to joining ToYou, Jamie held several senior roles at foodpanda, where she led growth and marketing initiatives across Thailand, Malaysia, and Taiwan. As Director of Markets and Interim Marketing Director, she implemented data-driven campaign strategies that improved ROI, reduced acquisition costs, and boosted gross profits across key regions. Earlier, as Marketing Director at foodpanda Taiwan, she spearheaded the go-to-market strategy for pandapro, achieving its annual target in just one month.

Jamie began her career in product development and coordination at Want Want China and AVer, with notable achievements in OEM product launches and digital strategy.

Jamie holds a strong track record of building and scaling high-performance marketing teams, managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, and launching innovative brand campaigns that deliver measurable impact. With her appointment as CMO, ToYou is well-positioned to amplify its user engagement and deepen its presence in the rapidly evolving Saudi digital economy.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
