London, United Kingdom, November 2024 – Jamie Trigg has taken on the role of Global Head of People and Change, Mace Advisory at Mace, where he will lead the development and delivery of the company’s global people and change capabilities. With a rich history of driving transformation and innovation across infrastructure and advisory services, Jamie is set to make a significant impact on Mace’s global operations.
Jamie most recently served as a Director at Deloitte, where he led strategic transformation initiatives across the transport and infrastructure sectors for two years. His work focused on optimizing delivery models and driving operational excellence.
Before his tenure at Deloitte, Jamie worked with Mace as a Transformation Director for nearly six years, where he spearheaded transformation leadership projects across a range of infrastructure organizations, enhancing their operational frameworks and governance structures.

During his time at National Highways, Jamie played a pivotal role as Transformation Lead, driving a major delivery transformation program that revolutionized how road schemes were delivered. This program improved safety, cost efficiency, and environmental outcomes across projects valued at over £25 billion.
Jamie also held leadership roles at Capgemini Consulting, where he led transformational and strategic programs across sectors such as transport, telecoms, and energy. His experience in this role spanned nearly seven years, where he focused on business transformation and change management initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Jamie held several leadership and strategic roles, including positions at Network Rail and Land Rover, where he supported systems integration and operational alignment.
