Bangalore, Karnataka, India, October 2025 – Avery Dennison India Pvt Ltd, a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions, has announced the appointment of Janardhan K as Head of Human Resources. In his new role, Janardhan will lead HR strategy and operations for Avery Dennison India, focusing on strengthening people capabilities, leadership development, and cultural transformation across the organization.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Janardhan K has been a part of Avery Dennison for more than four years. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as Total Rewards Lead for South Asia, EMEA, and Latin America, where he led the design and implementation of regional compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks across multiple geographies. His contributions have been instrumental in advancing Avery Dennison’s global people agenda, aligning reward systems with the company’s strategic business priorities.
Before joining Avery Dennison, Janardhan spent nine years at Linde, where he held the position of Director – HR (Head Total Rewards South Asia and HR Lead for South India). He played a dual role, managing the regional total rewards program while also overseeing HR operations for South India. His tenure was marked by initiatives that enhanced performance management, compliance, and organizational efficiency.
Earlier, Janardhan was with Delphi Automotive Systems as a Senior HR Leader, where he contributed to multiple facets of human resources management, including compensation and benefits, staffing, and employee relations, supporting a diverse workforce in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
A postgraduate in Human Resources Management and Services from Kirloskar Institute of Management (KIM), Janardhan has consistently demonstrated strategic foresight and operational excellence in driving people-first initiatives that foster growth, engagement, and innovation.
