Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Swetha Chaturvedi has taken on a new role as Director, Talent Acquisition and People Success Business Partner (APAC) at Navan, further strengthening her leadership journey in global talent and people strategy.
In this role, Swetha will lead talent acquisition and people success initiatives across the APAC region, partnering closely with business leaders to scale talent, build high-performance teams, and align people strategies with Navan’s rapid growth trajectory.
Prior to this appointment, Swetha Chaturvedi served as Head of HR and Talent (APAC) at Navan, where she led the end-to-end HR and talent acquisition function, managing the entire employee lifecycle from workforce planning and hiring strategy to engagement, retention, and performance management.
Before Navan, she worked with Tide as Global Talent Leader, where she drove global hiring strategy, workforce planning, and leadership hiring across multiple geographies, enabling rapid international expansion in a high-growth fintech environment.
She also spent over five years at Gartner, where she progressed through roles including Manager – Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Lead, leading large recruitment teams, building scalable hiring frameworks, and supporting business growth through data-driven talent strategies.
Earlier in her career, Swetha held key HR and talent acquisition roles at Bain & Company, PwC India, and Aon, building strong expertise in strategic hiring, HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organizational development.
She began her career with Kelly Services India, where she developed foundational experience in talent acquisition and recruitment consulting.
Swetha holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from IBS Hyderabad, equipping her with a strong academic foundation in people strategy and organizational leadership.
