Prior to these roles, she worked as Manager – HR Business Partner, Lead – HR Business Partner, and Senior Specialist – HR Business Partner. Her steady progression at Quantiphi reflects a strong track record in HR business partnering, culture building, and people leadership.

Earlier in her career, Kritya Srinivasan served as Deputy Manager – Human Resources at Essar, where she added further experience in core HR responsibilities and organizational support.
