Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2025 — Janardhana Gupta has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Pragati RRD Private Limited, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in finance, shared services, and global operations. In his new role, Janardhana will spearhead the company’s financial strategy, operational efficiencies, and compliance frameworks to support its next phase of growth.
Prior to joining Pragati RRD, Janardhana served for more than 21 years at RRD Global Outsourcing Solutions, where he held the position of Director – F&A Global Operations. He was responsible for leading RRD’s India Finance Shared Service Centre, catering to both captive and external clients across geographies. His leadership spanned across functions such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), tax compliance, treasury management, internal controls, solutioning, and merger integration.
Before his long tenure at RRD, he worked at Nebula Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Finance Manager, where he led branch consolidation, working capital management, statutory audits, and introduced an inventory management system to streamline operations across 18 trading branches and a manufacturing facility.
Earlier in his career, he held the role of Accounts Manager at Madras Industrial Chemical Agencies, where he focused on financial reporting and tax compliance.
A qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Janardhana brings with him a deep understanding of financial systems, business controls, and regulatory frameworks, making him a valuable addition to Pragati RRD’s leadership team.
