Los Angeles, United States, December 2024 – Gabriel Barbouth has joined RE Partners as the Director of Talent Acquisition, bringing over 18 years of expertise in strategic recruitment, talent management, and human resources leadership. In his new role, Gabriel will oversee talent acquisition initiatives, leveraging his extensive experience in sourcing and recruitment strategies to drive organizational growth and innovation.
Before joining RE Partners, Gabriel spent more than seven years at EPAM Systems, most recently as Talent Acquisition Team Lead – AI, Data Science & Analytics. In this role, he managed global sourcing teams across LATAM, EMEA, and North America, driving recruitment strategies for complex technical roles in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. He also provided strategic direction, stakeholder management, and operational improvements through data-driven insights.
Prior to EPAM Systems, Gabriel worked for over 11 years at Accenture in various capacities, including Recruiting Lead at the Technology Labs in Silicon Valley. There, he contributed to cutting-edge R&D recruitment in AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering. He also served as a Talent Fulfillment Specialist and HR Generalist, managing workforce planning, employee relations, and recruitment for high-impact roles at major clients like Google and Apple.
Earlier in his career, Gabriel began his professional journey as a Business Analyst at Alcatel-Lucent, where he contributed to global IT transformation projects, managing user hardware upgrades and implementing enhanced security measures. His role included project planning, user acceptance testing, and training.
