Greater Munich Metropolitan Area, Germany, July 2025 – Georg Schlotter has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at KEENFINITY Group, a global leader in security and professional communication solutions. In his new role, Georg will lead the company’s global People Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications, as KEENFINITY enters a transformative new phase under Triton Partners’ ownership.
Prior to this, Georg served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Surface Solutions Division at Oerlikon, where he oversaw HR operations across 38 countries for a workforce of approximately 9,500 employees. Over his five-year tenure, he spearheaded a global transformation initiative, implemented organizational delayering, led M&A efforts including the acquisition of riri, and aligned HR structures with business strategy.
Before joining Oerlikon, Georg held various leadership roles at Borealis, including Strategic Owner, Digital HR and Head of HR Business Partners for Polyolefins, InnoTech and CES, supporting a €5.5 billion global business. He led strategic workforce planning, SAP SuccessFactors implementation, and integration of acquired recycling companies into the Circular Economy business unit.
Georg’s earlier experience includes a six-year stint at BP, where he served in multiple leadership roles including HR Business Partner Manager, HR Manager Operations & Transformation, and Managing Director of Castrol Lubricants (CR) s.r.o.. He played a key role in regional HR alignment across Central Europe and led several organizational transitions and transformation projects.
He also held senior HR leadership positions at Wolf Theiss, Kofax, SAP, and Aon, where he gained expertise in total rewards, digital HR transformation, and organizational leadership. Georg began his career at Ecolab, and across three decades has built a strong reputation in leadership development, strategic HR, and business transformation.
