Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, September 2025 – Monoluxury Sdn Bhd, the leading producer of fresh premium salads and vegetables in Malaysia, has appointed Janey Moo as its new Head of Talent & Learning. In this role, Janey will drive organizational talent development, succession planning, and employee learning initiatives, ensuring the company continues to cultivate a capable and future-ready workforce to support its growth in the horticultural industry.
Janey joins Monoluxury after nearly six years at UEM Edgenta Berhad, where she most recently served as Lead, Programme Delivery for Edgenta Academy. There, she aligned programme planning with strategic business needs, optimized training budgets, and coordinated resources to build future-ready capabilities. Previously, as Manager of Learning & Service Excellence at Edgenta UEMS, she transformed traditional training into a digital learning environment, significantly enhancing workforce competency and professional development outcomes.
Earlier, Janey was Head of Operations at Golden BB Confinement & Postnatal Wellness Centre, where she developed operational policies, managed staffing and recruitment, and oversaw financial budgets and business activities. Prior to that, she served as Clinical & Support Service Manager at Beverly Wilshire Medical Centre, overseeing operations across multiple locations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading biomedical and procurement teams.
Her career foundation was built at International Medical University (IMU) as Assistant Manager, Healthcare, where she managed daily clinic operations, supervised staff and interns, and implemented compliance systems. She began her professional journey as Personal Assistant to the CEO at Palace of the Golden Horse and later as Admin & Marketing Executive at Lucite International.
Janey holds an MBA in International Business from the Royal Docks School of Business and Law (UEL), equipping her with a strong global perspective on business and HR strategy.
