Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, March 2026 – Janice Paulse has stepped into a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at EDF power solutions South Africa, marking a significant leadership milestone in her long-standing journey within the organization.
In her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Janice Paulse will lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening workforce capabilities, driving culture transformation, and supporting the company’s continued expansion in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Head of People & Culture at EDF power solutions South Africa, where she played a critical role in shaping HR strategy, leading change management initiatives, and building a strong people-centric culture aligned with business growth.
Earlier, she held the position of HR & Admin Manager at EDF Renewables (South Africa) and InnoWind (EDF EN Group) for several years, where she was responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, compliance, payroll, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Her contributions were instrumental in strengthening HR foundations as the organization scaled its operations.
She began her career as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Director at Kevin Gadd Architects, where she developed strong expertise in administration, coordination, and operational support, laying the groundwork for her transition into HR leadership.
