Jared Hamilton has been with Calvetti Ferguson for approximately five years and nine months. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of People Operations for about three years, where he played a pivotal role in driving talent strategies, leadership development initiatives, and enhancing organizational culture. Before that, he held the position of Human Resources Director for nearly three years, contributing significantly to HR process improvements and employee development strategies.
Before joining Calvetti Ferguson, Hamilton served as Director of Human Resources at Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline for approximately one year, where he focused on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational alignment. He also held the role of Manager of Human Resources for nearly five years, leading HR transformation initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Earlier in his career, Hamilton worked as an Operations Team Lead at Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline and Showcase Director at All-American Baseball Showcases, showcasing his versatility across people leadership and organizational development.
His professional journey began with leadership roles in sports management and coaching, serving as Head Baseball Coach at Sterling College and as Athletic Director / Head Baseball Coach at Central Christian College of Kansas, where he honed his skills in team development, leadership coaching, and mentorship.
