Lake Mary, Florida, United States, July 2024 – Jasmin Romero has been promoted to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Qualus. Jasmin joined Qualus in 2016 as a technical recruiter and has since progressed through positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition. As a key member of the leadership team, she plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the company’s overall strategy, which is intrinsically connected to its people strategy.
Jasmin Romero has had a remarkable journey at Qualus, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication. She started as a Corporate Recruiter at Power Grid Engineering, LLC, which was later acquired by Qualus. Over the years, she advanced to Senior Corporate Recruiter, Manager of Talent Acquisition, and finally to Director of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Prior to her tenure at Qualus, Jasmin worked at Wiley University Services as a Program Manager, where she managed various educational programs. She also served as a Professional Services Recruiter at Aerotek, and as an H.R Specialist at Orlando Health, supporting the Diversity and Inclusion department.
Earlier in her career, Jasmin worked as a Leasing Consultant at The Morgan Group, where she gained valuable experience in customer service and management.
