Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, March 2026 – Jathan Janove has taken on a new role as Chief Learning Officer at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, further strengthening his long-standing association with the organization and its global executive coaching ecosystem.

Jathan has been part of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC) for over nine years, previously serving as Master Certified Coach and Chief Learning Officer, where he played a key role in advancing leadership coaching methodologies and enabling measurable behavior change across global leaders. In his expanded role, he will continue to promote executive coaching excellence while empowering MGSCC coaches to become catalysts for impactful leadership transformation.

Alongside his work with MGSCC, Jathan has been leading Janove Organization Solutions as Principal, where he has been actively engaged in organizational consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, and HR training, supporting organizations in unlocking human potential and driving performance.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Ogletree Deakins, including Director of Employee Engagement Solutions and Office Managing Shareholder, where he combined legal expertise with people strategy to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

He also served as President of the Organization Development Network of Oregon, contributing to the advancement of organizational development practices and professional communities.

Jathan’s career began in employment law, where he held partner roles at Ater Wynne LLP, Bullard Smith Jernstedt Wilson, and Janove Baar Associates, building a strong foundation in management-side employment law, consulting, and leadership advisory.

His appointment as Chief Learning Officer underscores his deep expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational transformation, positioning him to further strengthen MGSCC’s global impact.
